ThermalDry carpeted and tiled basement flooring provide a sensible flooring for any basement finishing project. Made from inorganic material, they do not support mold growth. Their 12-inch square tile formation locks tightly together and installs with no grout or adhesives. ThermalDry Basement Flooring comes in ceramic and carpeted tiles as well as a parquet wood tile design. SaniDry High Performance Dehumidification
and Air Filtration Systems
Let us eliminate damp, musty odors in your basement by drying and filtering the air with our SaniDry Basement Air Systems.
The powerful upright model is great for basements or crawl spaces over 40 inches high. When installed in an unfinished area, its ducts dry filtered air into a finished area. It will take up to four times the water out of the air as a standard dehumidifier and use the same amount of energy or less!
The SaniDry is a self-draining model that shuts on and off as it's needed. It's Energy-Star rated, powerful enough for the whole basement, and includes an optional additional odor filter. The SaniDry includes a 30-month warranty on all components of the system.
